Little White Dot Over Poughkeepsie 5.15.2009

Hanging in the sky over South Town of Poughkeepsie, NY was a bright silvery-white dot.
I first noticed it at about 3:15 pm from Route 9 looking East toward Vassar Road.
I have no idea what its altitude was or when or how it got up there.
Does anyone know what this is or seen this before?

It is possible that people at Dutchess County Airport may have witnessed this object too.
This clip was taken with a Panasonic MiniDV Palmcorder. It has a 30.5 -37 mm lens with 700x digital zoom.
